Crescent Rolls

This is my mom's absolute favorite roll recipe. Over the years, we've lost this copy multiple times. She told me that I wouldn't be able to see it unless I saved it somewhere immediately.

Crescent Rolls

4 1/2 c.  hot tap water
1 c. oil
3 eggs
3 T SAF instant yeast (my mom SWEARS by this yeast)
2 T salt
2/3 c. sugar
10-14 c. flour (about 11-12 c.)

Mix on low until blended. Mix on higher speed for 4 minutes.
Divide dough into four equal arts.
Roll out into a large circle and cut into 12 triangles.
Brush with melted butter.
Roll up front wide end to pointed end.
Place on greased jellyroll pan.
Let rise in a 170-200 degree oven for 20-30 minutes.
Turn oven up to 350 degrees and bake for 20-30 minutes.
Makes 48 rolls.
Bake one pan at a time.
